Join us for a two-hour journey into the power of the breath — a space to release, reconnect, and realign. Through guided breathing, somatic awareness, and gentle inquiry, we’ll explore how the breath opens pathways in the body, dissolves emotional tension, and expands consciousness.
The session includes moments of connection in pairs, where we reflect on what we’re ready to let go of and what it means to feel fully present. Then we’ll move into a 60-minute healing breath experience — a rhythmic, continuous connected breathing practice that helps clear old patterns, awaken energy, and invite deep presence.
We close with grounding, journaling, and integration to anchor the insights that emerge. Expect to feel lighter, more open, and deeply connected — to yourself, to others, and to life.
